Booking information and policies

Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium and Showcase Theater 

Ticketed Performance day time period is 8 am – 12am.  Time periods for setup, takedown, rehearsals, non-ticketed events, meetings, and religious services are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 5 p.m.- 12 midnight.   

Exhibit Hall 

7 a.m. - 1 a.m.  For an event in the Exhibit Hall for more than 250 people and/or requiring the set-up of exhibit booths, or any other extensive set-up, rental for a set up day will be mandatory.  When the Showcase Theater, Manzanita Room, Friends of Marin Center Conference Room, or Kitchen is used in conjunction with an Exhibit Hall event, the 7 a.m. – 1 a.m. time period will apply. 

Manzanita Room and Friends of Marin Center Conference Room 

The time period for all events will be 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. - 12 midnight, unless rented in conjunction with an Exhibit Hall event. 

Fairgrounds, Fairgrounds Island, and Lagoon Park 

8 a.m. - 8 p.m.  Large events will require a set-up day.
