Specifications

Floor dimensions 

All dimensions are in the center of room: 

  • 22,500 sq ft (estimate)
  • 178 ft long
  • 118 ft wide
  • 20 ft between glue lams on west side
  • 13.5 ft between glue lams on east side
  • 10 ft 9 in x 13 ft 9 in doorway 

Dining capacities  (15 sq ft per person) 

No charge for round tables in any of the meeting rooms:

Fire Code Regulations

  •  J.IFC Section 314.4 Amended.  Indoor Displays.  Vehicles Section 314.4 of the International Fire Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
    • Section 314.4 Vehicles.  Liquid- or gas-fueled vehicles, fueled equipment, boats or other motor craft shall not be located indoors except as follows:
      • Batteries are disconnected.
      • Fuel in fuel tanks does not exceed one-quarter tank or five (5) gallons (19 L) (whichever is least).
      • Fuel tanks and fill openings are closed and sealed to prevent tampering.
      • Vehicles, fueled equipment, boats, or other motor craft equipment are not fueled or defueled within the building.
