How to rent a venue at the Marin Center

Need to know

From June 1st through July 15th, the rental program is put on hold so that staff can focus on the production of the Marin County Fair. During this time frame, staff are unable to respond to rental inquiries or schedule site visits. Staff will respond to inquiries as soon as July 16th in the order the inquiries were received. 

Due to the Marin County Fair, all rental venues are not available to rent on the dates of June 1st through July 15th.

  1. Fill out the venue rental inquiry form with the date of your event.
  2. We will contact you to let you know if your date is available and to discuss details of your event.

If the venue is available, we will work with you to organize a successful event. This process includes: 

  • Scheduling a site visit;
  • Coordinating equipment needs and room configuration;
  • Paying a non-refundable deposit;
  • Signing a contract;
  • Paying fees;
  • Providing proof of adequate insurance coverage;
  • Marketing your event.
