We have 4 outdoor venues available to rent:
- Fairgrounds (8 acres, capacity 6,000).
- Lagoon Park (4 acres, capacity 4,000).
- Fairgrounds Island (1.25 acres, capacity 2,000).
- Parking lots:
- Veterans’ Auditorium lot is 449 spaces;
- Exhibit Hall lot is 297 spaces.

The event and non-event day rental period for all venues is 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Parking lots are included with the rental of the Fairgrounds, Lagoon Park and/or Fairgrounds Island, but can be rented alone for a separate fee.
Fairgrounds day rate fees include:
- Dining terrace;
- Outdoor accessible restrooms.
Other fees
- Overtime (outside rental period): $220 per half-hour or fraction of 30 minutes.
- Deposit (non-refundable): $500 per day.
- Cleaning deposit (refundable): $1,000.
Stage technicians hired through Local #16, International Association of Theatrical Stage Employees I.A.T.S.E. are responsible for electrical service, sound systems, staging, and rigging. See Stagehand Rates for more information.
