Meeting Room rental fees and rates

Find out how much it costs to rent a meeting room at the Marin Center.

We have two meeting rooms available to rent: 

  • Friends of Marin Center Conference Room (capacity 72, depending on configuration);
  • Manzanita Room (capacity 150, depending on configuration).

Fees

Day Rate $310 $475
Overtime (outside booking period) $50 per half-hour, or a fraction of 30 minutes $50 per half-hour, or a fraction of 30 minutes
Deposit (non-refundable) $310 per day $475 per day
Cleaning deposit (refundable) $200 $200

Rent includes: 

  • Tables and chairs (meeting or dressing room setup)
  • Table skirting
  • Lectern 

Booking periods 

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight)
  • 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. (if rented with Exhibit Hall)
