Indoor venue rental fees and rates

We have 3 indoor venues available to rent:

Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium (seating capacity 2,001).
Showcase Theater (seating capacity 309).
Exhibit Hall (capacity 5,000 standing; 1,000 dining; 2,000 theater seating).

We also have meeting rooms available to rent.

Event day rental periods

Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium: 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight).
Showcase Theater:
- Ticketed events: 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight);
- Non-ticketed events: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight).
Exhibit Hall and kitchen: 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Stage technicians hired through Local #16, International Association of Theatrical Stage Employees I.A.T.S.E. are responsible for electrical service, sound systems, staging, and rigging. See Stagehand Rates for more information.
